FLTA Architectural Services is a privately owned architecture and engineering company whose services ranging from design services, engineering works, to construction of residential dwellings, commercial and office spaces, interior fit out works and renovation.

is the Founder / Architect in Charge at FLTA Architectural Services, and has 10 years of experience in the construction and architecture industry. His extensive knowledge in construction assures clients they indeed are beneficiaries of accurate and well founded services. Mark is a Registered Licensed Architect.

Ar. James Nicholai B. Flores,uap
with over 10 years of experience in the fields of architecture and interior fit out works, his professional expertise provide detail and accuracy that suit client needs. He is one of the Founder and an Architect in charge of project management, quality assurance tasks, costing and accurate analysis. James is a Registered Licensed Architect and a University Professor.
Co-Founder
Ar. Caroline A. Trillanes-Logmao,uap
Carol is a Registered Licensed Architect and a Co-Founder. She has professional experiences within and outside the country. Her expertise includes the Architectural and Interior Design, production of working drawings and administration. Her grasp of software solutions provides clients with a set of innovative and flexible tools for efficient and accurate analysis, communication and reporting – required in more complex matters.
